What does a session of One-on-One Yoga look like?

Defining your goals and needs. Prescription of a personalized regiment of Asana (Yoga sequence and postures), Pranayama (Breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques that cater to your goals. Every individual is different, that is why one on one yoga sessions can give you a positive boost, improve various conditions you are working with and through and empower your practice.

During the session we might explore several or one of the following practices:

  • Dynamic Asana

  • Restorative Asana

  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)

  • Meditation

  • Mindfulness

  • Yoga Philosophy

What to bring to your private session:

  • Comfortable clothing

  • Yoga mat

  • Tea and water provided

  • Props are provided

75 min - 135 CAD$

5 sessions x 60 min - 500 CAD$

5 sessions x 75 min - 600 CAD$

12 sessions X 60 min = 1080 CAD$
